• Clark Mechanical Services, Inc. developed from the roots of Diller & Clark Electric founded in 1943.  The company divided multiple times to finally create Clark Associates, Inc. in 1971.  Clark Mechanical Services Inc. is one of the several affiliate companies of Clark Associates, Inc.
   
• Lloyd Clark held the position of president of Clark Mechanical Services, Inc. from the company's inception to 1997 when partners, Barry Martin, Bill O' Shea, George Myers and Fred Clark attained the business.  Under their supervision a Communications division developed in addition to the existing Electrical Industrial, HVAC and Service divisions.
